1. HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS COOKING :
In the steam cooker cooking is done through steam produced by the water at the base which passes through the holes in the steam Container in which food has been placed. This steam gets released through the vents provided on the upper cover. Since no food has been put into the water, the nutritions and vital Vitamins are not drained out along with water as it takes place in normal cooking.

2. FOOD REMAINS FRESH :
As no food is placed into the water, the food retains it's original colour and shape and does not get soggy.

3. FAT FREE COOKING :
It is the most healthy way of cooking since you don't need to add any kind of oil into it. Though oil and spices can be added after steaming.

4. NOT MUCH ATTENTION NEEDED FOR COOKING
The timer in the steamer lets you choose time varying form 0-60 min. and stops automatically after that much time.

5. NO RISK
No pressure can be developed in STEEMO steam cooker as there are safety vents provided on top of the upper cover. So there can never be a risk of blowing up.

6. COST EFFECTIVE
It consumes one unit of electricity in 1½ hrs. approx. which is a very cheap and cost-effective medium of cooking as compared to L.P.G. cooking. Heater consumption only 600 W.
